Assistente de Recursos Humanos e Administrativo (M/F)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in HR administrative tasks: onboarding, contracts, employee records

  • Assist in recruitment processes and new hire integration

  • Manage administrative documents, filing, and internal databases

  • Help coordinate internal communication and company events

  • Provide support to accounting and invoicing processes (in collaboration with external partners)

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory HR requirements

Ideal Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or similar

  • Prior experience in HR and/or administrative roles (minimum 2 years preferred)

  • Excellent organizational skills, discretion, and attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient with digital tools (MS Office, Google Workspace; knowledge of Odoo is a plus)

  • Fluency in Portuguese (required) and good command of English
