Key Responsibilities
Support in HR administrative tasks: onboarding, contracts, employee records
Assist in recruitment processes and new hire integration
Manage administrative documents, filing, and internal databases
Help coordinate internal communication and company events
Provide support to accounting and invoicing processes (in collaboration with external partners)
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory HR requirements
Ideal Profile
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or similar
Prior experience in HR and/or administrative roles (minimum 2 years preferred)
Excellent organizational skills, discretion, and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with digital tools (MS Office, Google Workspace; knowledge of Odoo is a plus)
Fluency in Portuguese (required) and good command of English
