Ship Hull Fitters

Flexible Details, in partnership with our client – a leading European industrial group – is recruiting Ship Hull Fitters for new shipbuilding projects in shipyards located in the Groningen region (The Netherlands).
Selected professionals will be responsible for fitting and assembling panels, sections, and blocks, as well as performing structural steelwork on new cargo vessels approximately 100 meters in length.
Responsibilities
- Fit and assemble hull panels, sections, and blocks according to technical drawings.
- Perform tack welding and structural fitting work.
- Collaborate with multinational teams under European technical supervision.
- Strictly follow shipyard safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in shipbuilding (new construction).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good knowledge of English (reading and verbal communication).
- Availability to work more than 40 hours per week and travel within the European Union.
- Knowledge in new ship building technology
- Ability to work in team and independently.
Conditions
- Net salary: depending on experience and performance.

- Initial duration: 3 to 6 months, with possible extension depending on project needs.
