You will be a key technical contributor, responsible for executing complex welding tasks while supporting and mentoring junior welders.
Responsibilities
Perform advanced welding (TIG, MIG, arc, etc.) on various metals
Read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications
Ensure safety and quality compliance at all times
Mentor and support junior team members
Collaborate with project managers and engineers on-site
Your Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial welding
Proficiency in various welding techniques
Ability to read and work from technical blueprints
Attention to detail, independence, and precision
Leadership and mentoring skills
Willingness to travel and work in other EU countries
Welding certifications are a plus
