• Provide accurate information about the venue, events, or services

• Respond to questions and requests from the public clearly and efficiently

• Collaborate with team members and security staff to maintain a pleasant environment

Profile Sought:

• Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer-facing roles is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Polite, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus)

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Presentable and punctual
